The 5th Annual Friends of Jeremy Golf Tournament
To Benefit Children's Craniofacial Association


The 5th Annual Friends of Jeremy Golf Tounament will be held on October 3rd, 2009 at the Corning Country Club.  Come out and join us for this special 5th year of helping kids with craniofacial conditions and help us meet our goal of a combined $100,000 for CCA.

Since 2005, the Friends of Jeremy Golf Tournament has raised over $79,000 for the Children's Craniofacial Association (CCA).  The funds raised by the tournament directly support the programs and services of CCA.  CCA is a national, 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for people with facial differences and their families. Nationally CCA addresses the medical, financial, psychosocial, emotional, and educational concerns relating to craniofacial conditions. CCA's mission is to empower and give hope to individuals and families affected by facial differences.
