Get Ready for the 4th Annual Friends of Jeremy Golf Tournament The 4th Annual Friends of Jeremy Golf Tournament will be held on Saturday October 4th, 2008 at the Corning Country Club. There will be a 12:00 Shotgun start. Come out and join the fun on this beautiful course and home of the LPGA Corning Classic.

Since 2005, the Friends of Jeremy Golf Tournament has raised over $50,000 for the Children's Craniofacial Association (CCA). The funds raised by the tournament directly support the programs and services of CCA. CCA is a national, 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for people with facial differences and their families. Nationally CCA addresses the medical, financial, psychosocial, emotional, and educational concerns relating to craniofacial conditions. CCA's mission is to empower and give hope to facially disfigured children and their families.
